Completed in 1994, Montègo Bay is one of the first developments completed in the tranquil surrounds of the Magaliesburg mountain range, and a waterfront on the Northern shores of Hartbeespoort dam.

Comprising of 52 units, which include penthouses, 2 bedroom units and some 1 bedroom units. These privately spaced out units are surrounded by a well established lush garden.

Bird watching is a popular past-time amongst residents, with regular visits from our distant Vervet monkey relatives.

Our shore front is a safe haven for a huge variety of water birds. Resident owls feel safe in our environment, and have made our home their home. In the evenings, one can often hear the barking of baboons in the mountains.
